I'm Amara, a graphic design student currently enrolled in the visual communications and design program based in Iowa. I am a 20-year-old multimedia artist with a passion for graphic design. I am always looking for new ways to challenge myself, improve my skills and design knowledge, and tackle new creative problems that
push me to grow as both an artist and a designer.

MY STORY
I fell in love with creating at a young age and haven't stopped since. In high school, I enrolled in every art class possible and was accepted into the competitive junior and senior portfolio programs. One of my proudest moments was receiving a Visual Arts Varsity Letter during
my senior year. My entire life I have had to manage
chronic disorders, and while they definitely add challenges, they don’t stop me from doing
what I love.
